  • INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

    As a Quality Control Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with essential documentation that drives our product integrity. You’ll support the team by organizing, formatting, and reviewing scientific documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Assist in formatting product and supplier documentation and ensuring compliance

    • Assist in sample dispatch to customers and sample inventory management

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product specifications, customer requirements, and FDA/USDA guidelines

    • QA/QC Intern Project: choose one of 3-4 projects available, based on your interest

    DETAILS

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a QA/QC assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with essential documentation and sample dispatch that drives our product integrity. You’ll support the team by organizing, formatting, and reviewing scientific documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established protocols. You’ll also provide support for customer sample dispatch and sample inventory management.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Assist in formatting product and supplier documentation and ensuring compliance

    • Routinely update product, supplier, and manufacturer information across internal systems 

    • Coordinating with suppliers and customers on product samples

    • Assist in sample inventory management

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product specifications, customer requirements, and FDA/USDA guidelines  

    • Document Project: be on a team of 4-5 people reviewing, updating, and correcting product information that has already been uploaded into our internal systems

    DETAILS

    • In-person role based in Raleigh, NC 

    • Salary of $45,000 - $50,000

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    Centian’s Account Management department is the gateway between our company and its suppliers and customers. This department plays a critical role in identifying high-opportunity products that position Centian for strategic growth, efficient service, and strong profitability. The Business Operations Coordinator will support the Account Management team by analyzing accounts, requesting and delivering quotes, filing and formatting product documentation, managing product samples, and helping to maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Research nutraceutical products, markets, and industry trends

    • Prepare and coordinate communication with customers and suppliers

    • Receive and prepare product quotations

    • Enter customer POs in database and coordinate logistics with Operations team members

    • Maintain accurate product, customer, and supplier data in the database

    • Coordinate product samples with suppliers and customers

    • Annual Salary of $60,000

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    Centian’s Account Management department is the gateway between our company and its suppliers and customers. Account Managers play a critical role in identifying high-opportunity products that position Centian for strategic growth, efficient service, and strong profitability.

    This is a full-time, in-office role based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with regular nationwide travel. You’ll be at the forefront of relationship-building, product strategy, and market development—working directly with suppliers and customers to drive Centian’s success.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Researching and analyzing industry trends, products, and market opportunities

    • Managing upwards of 300 customer accounts

    • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

    • Navigating tariffs and import processes

    • Submitting and receiving product quotes

    • Maintaining and updating product, customer, and supplier data in our internal systems

    • Traveling 1–2 times per month for supplier/customer meetings and industry research

       

    DETAILS

    • In-office position, based Raleigh, North Carolina

    • Travel: Nationwide, 1–2 times/month

    • Compensation: $100,000 (anticipated base + commission)
