As a Quality Control Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with essential documentation that drives our product integrity. You’ll support the team by organizing, formatting, and reviewing scientific documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established protocols.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Maintain and update product and account data across internal systems
Assist in formatting product documentation and managing logistics
Assist in maintaining structured records to support audits and inspections
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product specifications.

Current student at an NC-based university, preferably a Junior or Senior
Basic understanding of scientific principles or laboratory environments is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
Clear and confident communicator across written and verbal channels
Eager to contribute to a high-performing team and motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Possess a strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

As a member of the Account Management team, you’ll be at the center of supplier and customer relationships. You’ll learn how strategic inventory decisions are made, contribute to day-to-day client interactions, and support projects that directly affect Centian’s success.

Research and identify new customer and supplier opportunities
Prepare and manage client communication, quotes, and follow-ups
Study the nutraceutical industry, products, and market trends
Maintain and update product and account data across internal systems
Assist in formatting product documentation and managing logistics
Contribute to cross-departmental projects and process optimization
